Terms of use

Last updated: 30 September 2026. These terms cover this website and CiteQ, a done-for-you service of Kerdos Holding Limited (Hong Kong company number 1986889).

The website

This site describes CiteQ. It is provided as information. It is not investment advice, not an offer of securities, and not a promise that a named feature or checkout button is already live. CiteQ is not an investment product.

The service

CiteQ helps a customer obtain drafted answers to vendor security questionnaires using documents that customer provides (typically under NDA), then delivers a spreadsheet for the customer to review and send. Drafts are assistance — not legal, security, or compliance advice, and not an audit opinion. The customer is responsible for reviewing every row before sending it onward.

Your files

You keep the rights in documents you provide for a CiteQ engagement. You give us a limited licence to store and process them solely to perform that engagement. We do not claim we train on customer files. See the privacy notice for processors (including OpenAI when AI drafting is used) and retention.

Acceptable use

Do not send data you are not allowed to process. Do not ask us to fabricate certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or otherwise). The service is built to leave a hole when evidence is missing in the materials you provide.

Fees and payment

Typical third-party questionnaire engagements are priced around USD 400–600 per questionnaire. Premium / urgent turnaround and custom or enterprise scopes are quoted separately. Payment is by invoice to Kerdos Holding Limited unless and until Stripe checkout is enabled. Stripe checkout is not live on this marketing site yet. There is no self-serve monthly SaaS subscription sold as the main offer on these pages.

No certification claim

CiteQ is not SOC 2 certified. Illustrations on this site are mock questionnaire rows, not statements about a real customer and not statements that CiteQ itself holds those controls.

Liability

The website and, until a paid engagement contract says otherwise, the service are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees you actually paid for CiteQ in the three months before a claim.
